Branding
Logo, colors, and visual presentation of your public support form.
Branding settings control how your support page looks to customers. A consistent visual identity builds trust — customers should feel they are still on your product, not a generic ticket vendor.
Open Support page → Settings → Branding after selecting the page to edit.
Logo
Upload your company or product logo for the page header.
| Guideline | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| Format | SVG or PNG with transparent background |
| Size | At least 200px wide for raster images; SVG scales cleanly |
| Aspect | Horizontal logos work best; square marks are fine with padding |
Remove or replace the logo anytime. Changes apply on save and appear on the public form within seconds (allow for CDN cache on custom domains).
Colors
Primary color
Used for:
- Submit button background
- Links and focus states
Pick a color that meets contrast guidelines against your background — especially for button text.
Secondary color
Used for:
- Accent borders or highlights
Background
Choose a light or dark base (or a neutral preset if offered). The form fields and card container adjust automatically for readability.
Very light primary colors on light backgrounds can make the submit button hard to see. Preview on Publishing before sharing widely.
Page title and description
Optional meta title and description improve browser tabs and link previews when customers share your support URL in chat or social tools.
- Public page title — defaults to page name; override for SEO
- Description — short line shown in unfurl cards
Favicon
A favicon will be auto-generated from the logo if provided.
What branding does not change
- Email templates may use a simplified layout — not a pixel-perfect match to the web form
- Status pages inherit core colors but may omit heavy custom CSS for reliability
