Requests inbox
View, filter, and triage incoming customer requests from the dashboard.
The requests inbox is your home base for customer submissions. Every form entry on a published support page creates a request that appears here for your team to review, assign status, and respond.
Opening the inbox
- Log in to support-page.dev.
- Select Requests in the sidebar.
- If you manage multiple support pages, choose the page from the page switcher at the top.
The inbox loads the most recent requests first by default.
Inbox layout
| Area | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Request list | One row per submission with subject, customer email, status, and timestamp |
| Filters | Narrow by status, date range, or search terms |
| Page selector | Switch between support pages on your account |
| Request detail | Opens when you click a row — see Ticket detail |
Request statuses
Statuses help you triage without a complex workflow engine. Typical values include:
- Open — new or actively worked
- Waiting on customer — you replied and need their input
- Resolved — issue addressed; may still accept follow-up email
- Closed — no further action expected
Exact labels and colors appear in the dashboard. Changing status does not delete the request or notify the customer unless your reply or notification settings trigger an update.
Working the queue
A practical triage rhythm:
- Scan new requests — sort by newest or filter to Open.
- Open ticket detail — read the full message and custom field answers.
- Reply or update status — respond from the dashboard or by email if you use email reply integration.
- Mark resolved when done — customers may receive a status email depending on your notification setup.
Search and filters
Use the search box to match subject, customer email, or message body (exact behavior depends on your plan and index freshness).
Common filters:
- Status — focus on open items only
- Date — review yesterday's spike or audit a range
- Unread — if your account highlights requests you have not opened
Clear filters to return to the full list.
Notifications
New requests can trigger notifications by email or in-app indicators.
The inbox shows requests for support pages on your account. If a page is unpublished or your subscription has lapsed, new submissions may not appear — check Publishing and Billing.
